The Muskeet Room in Nolita, NY may look like your standard, well designed city restaurant.
But before you take a seat at the bar, just look at the floor transition from concrete to wood.
Ugh, it’s so good. It seems like you could apply that same thinking with cement scalloped floor tiles (like these!) to wood from a bathroom to bedroom? How can I make all my flooring bleed into one another like this… Although, importantly, does this work if there’s a door. Questions to mull over the weekend.
